Happy yet unhappy at patsmart lol

Went to petsmart today and not only were the clown loaches on sale for $4.50! They had 3 oddballs!!! one missing most of its middle stripe and the other 2 missing about half of the middle stripe. the 2 with half a stripe look healthy and plump but the other with most missing looks Extremely skinny. I have him in a separate 10g tank I use to raise pond, mts, and ramshorn snails (Very Temporary). I am currently trying the jungle anti-parasite food for now and hoping between it, the snails, and a couple blood worms. he may fatten up! Does anyone know if any of the chain pet stores (we have petsmart, petco, pet depot) or even walmart sells anything for internal parasites? Im hoping to find something without waiting for shipping.
any ideas?

Yes petsmart sells Tetra Parasite Guard. I have used with with success to treat internal parasites in CLs. Its active ingredients are raziquantel, Dflubenzuron, Metronidazole and Acriflavin.

Yes, they should carry a product called API General Cure that has metro and prazi, should be exactly what you're looking for. Keep feeding the food, I believe it has both of those ingredients and levamisole as well right?

ill check tomorrow if they are open! I didnt see anything at the petsmart i went to today but Ill check a couple other petsmarts. Have you ever tried any of these? any success or anything special I should do to the water as far as temps or anything?
