Hard plastic kiddie pool

I'm wondering if anyone has used the hard plastic kiddie pools for an indoor pond. Walmart has a 5' diameter and 1' deep pool for $15. Does anyone know if this will work for rays and if I should line it with something just in case.

one foot deep sounds a little shallow-but it should def. work w/o any problems...don't think you would need to line it with anything...i would look into covering it with netting of some kind though...
