Hardness at 19 DKH ~ 340 ppm...HELP

New tank, new location for 2 weeks.

Tank water readings:

KH - 19 degrees or 340 PPM
PH - 8.8...I think...my ph tester max out at 8.8

Tap water - same

Fish is still alive but not eating...

Any ideas on LOWERING the HARDNESS ? I can handle 10-11 dkh ~ 200 ppm, but this is way overloaded with bicarbonate..

Gonna have to go with RO/DI i'd imagine. And deal with it every single waterchange.
