Hare Coursing

What do you guys think about Coursing? Aprove/disaprove?

If you don't know, it's when you either obtain a hare and release two dogs after it or when you flush a hare out of the woods and let two dogs try to take it down.

I've never done it but i think if you flush one out of the woods it do it old school thats alright.

I've heard that like 9/10 rabbits get away.
Some say it's cruel, has anyone here ever done it.
I'm just interested and I love Deerhounds. Don't own any but someday...

Also if anyone had any information on it; facts, stories, whatever, please do tell.

Feel free to bash it or defend it, what's your opinion?

It is generally only acceptable when in the presence of BOTH Jason Statham and Brad Pitt. Bonus points if Jason Flemyng is there too.

If you just want to give your dogs that experience, look up "lure coursing." They used a plastic bag on a string/cable with pulleys.
