I thought it was a fish birth defect, I thought how bad could it be. I missed the word "baby" in there. I was very wrong. I won't sleep for a while now! Recommended for though guys only!

Poor things...I don't know that I would want the doctors to save me if I was born like that. Or my child for that matter. Think of how these kids must be tortured in school, grocery stores, movie theaters...if they make it that far...
 
I didn't want to read about it after seeing the picture. Looks like something out of Alien. And why is it called ictyosis, or whatever. They don't even look like fish.

its called ichthyosis, because the skin is so hard, it splits up from any movement and looks like hardened scales then. Like normally skin is soft and flexibel. When i breath my skin is flexible and moves with the rest of my body. but the skin of those children is hard. they breath and their skin splits up. any movement causes the skin to rip apart.
