Hartwegi or Grammode???

one shop has a group of Hartwegi and another with Grammodes. This would be 3rd time trying to do grammodes but they'll be alone for once. The Hartwegi seem nicer (looking) but I've read can be pretty mean.

I'd get both if I could but cant so which one would be good? I'm leanin towards the Hartwegi but want to give the 'modes another go too.

Also, any info on sexing Hartwegi? didnt see any in a search.

If you want the challenge, go with Grammodes...if you want a stunning, large fish, go with the hartwegi. Both can be pretty aggressive, the main difference is their size...lol.

My choice would be grammodes. I like their kick-butt attitude.

I would go with the Hartwegi. Grammodes take a long time to mature and who knows, you might even be able to have tank mates with the Hartwegi. Grammodes are much nastier than the Hartwegi.

Go with the Hartwegi Co. they also cheaper. and support the new store

why dont you get both of them and let the fight to the death....dont do that but i would to with the grammodes they are alot nice when adult size

My Fire doesnt seem to want tank mates and no other room to grow either out, so havent gotten either.
maybe I'll get em and let my bro grow em out if he doesnt use his 55...
