Thanks. When you have a 125, 55, 30, and 10 gal, running 3 eheim 2217, 1 2215, 3 aqueon 55's and 1 20 hob, a bunch of air pumps, and powerheads all running 24/7 it uses alot of energy. I have only been leaving the lights on for an hour or 2 lately to save on my bill. I just thought that using these led lights I could give my fish better lighting, and can leave my lights on twice as long. I'm not looking for some way to miraculously lower my bill, but if I can pay the same price, or a bit lower on my bill, and make my fish happier, I say it's a win/win situation. I'm just wary about buying these because there practically the same price, if not cheaper than regular florescents. I admit though that my aquarium consumption probably make's up less than half of my bill, and I really have to cut back on alot of other things if I want to lower my bill.
