Has anyone been scalded by water test kit?

My test kit says that a few chemicals have...I think Hydrochloric acid!! Has anyone been burned? I'm kinda aprehensive about using it w/out rubber gloves...

Be very careful.

Just wash off anything you spill on yourself. I've gotten stuff on cuts before and it burns a little, but always rinsed it off immediately. Never used gloves

nope.. it's pretty diluted.. just wash your hands when you're finished testing. and wash out the tubes real well before and after you do your testing.
