Has anyone bought a fish tank from this company in China before

What drove me to do something like this was the fish tank's on Cherglist in my area are really small and they are mostly pretty crappy not to mention almost the price of new tanks at the petstore.

I was looking on this international trade website called aibaba http://www.alibaba.com/trade/search?fsb=y&IndexArea=product_en&CatId=&SearchText=acrylic+fish+tank

And I had found this company called Mirror Plastic http://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...9570003.html?spm=a2700.7724838.0.0.igtZ1s&s=p

They responded about several large 200 to 900 gallon fish tank ideas.

My main idea that they quoted me on was $2200 on a 560 gallon tank that is 120 inches long and 30 inches wide and 36 inches wide.It would be made out of one inch thick acrylic.

What is interesting is that small acrylic tanks under 180 gallons are oddly only about 20% cheaper then US fish tanks.

While a fictional Hexagon 60 deep inch by 60 ta;; tank that is 2300 gallons would be $13,000

I did check shipping and UPS can bring over the 560 gallon monster tank over from China as freight for $900 dollars. But if I bought a super monster tank or got a shipping container container to Norfolk VA I could flat out rent a shipping container $1800. If I did the shipping container several other people would be welcomed to put there fish tanks into this 20 foot long shipping container and break the $1800 dollar cost up among more people instead of one.

Now my question is has anyone ever brought in a monster tank from China or has anyone ever bought a fish tank from this company before?
 
I did, but not from china. I was imported a 400 gallons from vietnam. And I'm planning to get 1000 to 1500 gallons in the end of this year. Maybe we can break the shipping.

Could you link me to the company that you used for the fish tank? Also could you show me a photo of the tank?

I've been emailing them lately and the shipping is the 900 pound Gorilla in the deal. What is interesting is it is cheaper to have a custom fish tank stand made in the USA then in China.

Tank was sold 2 months ago. I didn't storage any pics. I'm contacting a company in vietnam for my other 1000 gallons. What is your plan? I can ask for you too.
 
What port would this tank come to and what would it look like. Currently I'm looking at getting this acrylic tank made in Pennsyvinia and driving to pick it up.

Also what would they cost for a 72 inch long by 36 inch wide by 24 inch deep tank? Also what is the company's name?
 
I talked to the man in charge of sales at this fish tank company and he said he could ship it from his factory's home port to Baltimore Maryland for $250.

What is interesting is several other fish tank companies in China have their tanks go to the Port of Baltimore.

What going on currently with me buying my dream acrylic tank is I had a major change in plans and I might be moving by the end of the year. So I plan to buy the new fish tank when I get the new place I plan to move to or I might order large viewing windows from them for a cement tank.
