I just notice that my silicone seams on my tank have started to bubble. I have not moved the tank in 2 years and its fully supported on a stand. I perform weekly maintenance so I don't know what has caused this. Should I be worried and has anyone else had this happen to them? Also is there a solution in which I would not have to drain the tank?

If it was me I would reseal the whole aquarium, get it out of the way and enjoy for more years without worrying.:)

man, that would really stress me out. Drain and reseal is my vote unless you have a warranty option

I had a 300 blow a seam not a pretty site, I would get another tank, used slightly smaller tank to move the fish and drain and reseal, feel lucky you noticed it
