Has anyone ever housed a Driftwood Catfish with their Rays?

Ok, I know that these things have a nasty reputation, but so does every big catfish it seems, for the most part. I have been offered one and the only tank I can safely house it in is my ray tank. Has anyone heard or know of any instances where they have harmed, or eaten rays? Thanks

What is a driftwood catfish, never heard that name?

You know what, my buddy didn't even know what he had, it is a Black Devil Cat ( Mystus Wyckii ). I ended up taking it from him, it's a lot smaller than he had led me to believe. For now I know my Rays are safe, but I have read some vicious stories about these guys when they get big.

I'd feel safer with Aimara or MBU with rays then one of those things.......
