Here’s my personal experience:

I ordered from them on 10/24/23. I ordered two humpback plecos. They came in healthy, arrived on time, heat packs were still warm, and they sent me emails along the way as well as a tracking number. They have regular sales and discount codes available to help out with the price. The best part is, after a certain dollar amount, shipping is free.
