Has anyone ever used corydora as dither type fish with fish like jack dempseys...

...or green terrors? Medium sized central American cichlids is what I'm getting at. If you did, did they last long at all? Would you recommend trying it?
 
They'd be killed. I tried didn't end well plus larger cichlid have a chance of eating them and choking to death

Pictus, four line, Raphael cats and not a catfish but clown loaches if the tank is big enough

I wouldn't recommend catfish. Something like silver dollars or Giant danios...

90 gallon, tank isn't quite big enough for clown loaches lol. Do pictus cats have to be in shoals or not? I don't know much about them. They're neat though! Thanks for the help =)
 
I'm growing out some silver dollars, not sure if I'm going to keep them or not. They're very small right now. Thank you!
 
From my understanding they need groups when young but can get territorial as they grow and giants would also make good dither fish as suggested
