I have been looking at purchasing some SeaView gel and was wondering if anyone has ever used it. If so what do you think of it and does it work?
 
Ok, so no one has used this product? I was just wondering if the gel applied to the background would make a mess on your tank and if it actually makes the background look better. Anyone?
 
I used it and loved it. I hate tape and this worked to get all the bubbles out of the background. Never dries so it could just wipe off if you wanted to remove it. Plus its cheap, so go for it
 
I works REALLY good!!!!! Get it, don't ask questions, just get it!
 
It seems really oily. I used 1 bottle on a 72 gal, just to try it out. There was plenty solution in one bottle for the job. It works really good. Looks like the background was painted on. Doesn't dry like glue so you can easily remove it. Just remember to pre cut the background. Use a credit card to smooth it out. Wipe off the excess solution. I shaved the edges with a bic razor afterwards. I really like the outcome.
