Has anyone had contact with COTA?

Hello everyone, getting back into the hobby again after many years. I am really wanting a pair or small group of trimacs, and COTA is the only reputable breeder I can find them at. I actually found TUIC first and have had a few emails with him about some of the fish I am interested in, unfortunately no trimacs at this moment.

Anyways back to the topic of the thread. Has anyone been in contact with COTA recently? Im going on 4 days without an email response. While I have never ordered from him in the past, I have read his rave reviews on this site. I know its just him, his wife, and a helper so some delay is expected sometimes, but another thing ppl say is he is quick to respond to emails.

Maybe im just being impatient, 4 days isnt the end of the world. I am just excited to get my hands on some trimacs lol.

I haven't lately but have many orders from Cota in the past years. He's normally quick to respond in my experience so this tells me he's extremely busy or has matters outside of the hobby. I personally would give it a few more days.

I've only ordered from COTA once but that was after several emails without responses and few months of trying. not the best at communicating, if you've worked with kevin you will be disappointed in the differences.

Thank you very much for the responses. I will give it a bit longer and see what happens. I will reach out to black tuna, If thats a no go, I will wait for tuic to get some.
