I had a group of 6 glyptos back in 09... There pretty delicate. i lost a few right off the bat and ended up with one for about 6 months. Id say there harder to care for than real goonch. Id prob go with a b. rutilius if ur worried about future size. Hopefully someone else chimes in with a more positive experience with them. I had mine in my earlier years before i discovered autodrip systems and proper husbandry.
