has anyone made a phosphate reactor

I need to make or buy a phosphate reactor. I'd thought I would have a go at making one first, has anyone made one that I can take a look at. Form looking at pictures they look pretty simple. I need it for my 90g reef (45g sump) so how big do I need to make it. The sizes they sell them in are in grams, it figures out to be 1 gl for every gram of phosban. My last question is can I just use a power head to circulate it.

Simular to a de-Nitrator or nitrate reactor, just a higher flow rate (60-80gph).
