I ask this because my mang. was fighting the mont. and the uro came and helped the mang.But I know for sure my uro is a female an my mang looks like a female could she be a male

mine are doing the same thing with my jack dempsy it looks like he wants her but then it kind of just looks like aggression my female jag doesn't mind him and kind of gets close to him and has been cleaning a flowerpot ?

there are many other signs of courtship though, jaw locking, odd danceing etc, watch for those to determine whether you have a piar or not, personally i'm not convinced by the fighting togetherness, gl though

Dude, at a LFS near me in a 300G they have a real nice 12" Uro and a 16ish " JAg in the same tank with some other fish. Like a 6" or so blue texas. Very nice Fish. The Jag is Magnificent.

Yes...a Jag and a Mota can produce fry. From the picture in the link...your Jaguar looks male and the Mota looks female. Are they pairing up? I'm not really into hybrids but I would actually like to see the results. Wow, did I just say that?

**Edit** after posting, I saw the question again and realized you didn't ask that.

I'm not sure if a Uro and Jag could make fry but why would you want them to? Even if they did the fish would be ugly. Please create some Monaguenses...or would that be Mataguense? lol...I'll even take some off your hands.
