I showed my friend that pic by the OP, he said he saw on AquaBid those hybrids going for $800. WTF?
 
I'd have to see the parents with spawn to believe anything coming out of SG or Taiwan. Would make for an interesting hybrid. Hopefully spangles would show up a bit more than they did with kelzuls, which turned out to be a flop IMO.

This is why I don't like hybrids. Rays are....I guess alright, but when it comes to bass, I'm a purest. :/

Me too....not my cup of tea. I don't mind hybrid rays, but I rather have pure bloodlines for all of my cichlids.
