I was wondering if anyone has tried to make a mostly male victorian tank?
I think it would be cool looking if they didn't all try to kill each other. Do you think it is doable?

I sure am. In my train of thought. It would be similar to have an all male mbuna tank, just with vics. Per any reading material you will find, they are more aggressive, but if the tank is properly stocked and there are positively no females, then I wouldn't see why not. At least I am going to give it a try.:D

So you think all the males will stay colored up? or wil just the dominate one and the rest be subdued

Well I added 3 more male victs. to my tank not really looking so good atm. My Hap. sp. fire is is nice and bright as he has taken the dominant role. My new Hap. salmon, zebra obliq., and sp. 44 all have dulled out to female colors now. Hopefully in a couple days things will calm down and they will all color up. Atm the hap fire is just going nuts attacking the other victs. couldn't get any pics of the other haps. but got a couple of the hap sp. fire

the hap salmon is an adult. the hap. fire is still not full grown. The zebra and the sp 44 are still juvies, but were the alphas in there tanks at the store.
