So I am looking to have a new tank made and I am going big. I am thinking about 96x48x48. I found this company http://glasscages.com , and I was wondering if they are worth it or full of it. The way I look at it, when I get back from Afghanistan I deserve something for me right? I just don't want it to be a POS.

i would stay away from glass cuz of weight and go with ATM in NV and go acrylic.

I've thought about going with acrylic but haven't made a decision yet. They make acrylic too, I just don't really know anything about this company besides what is on the website.

Tons of people have bought from Glass Cages. Do a search of this site. You should get tons of hits.

While its true you will get hits most of them will not be in their favor, they have a rep for being rude, dificult to deal with and the workmanship is at best not what most would be pleased with. having said that Miracles and reef savy and coasttocoast seeem to have good reps. thanks for serving our great Country and best of luck in all.

There are many people that have had success with them. Just remember the reporting/complaint statistics of bad service vs good service.

While that is true I would not personally order a tank of that or any size and wonder if i will be pleased or not. Ultimately it is ones personal comfort level but quality seems to be an issue as many often state you get what you pay for. best of luck.

Thank you everyone for helping me make a choice. I will not be going with glasscages. Someone else is going to have to build my monster.
