ever assembled a tank by buying a tank frame, having the glass cut, and putting it together? I know where I can get some frames made for 90gal. tanks, and I am looking for ideas to hold the glass square and true while siliconing it all up. Some kind of jig perhaps? I was thinking of building several of these tanks, and a rack to put them in.

there is no reason i can think of why it wont work i wold love to see some pictures or even come out and take a look if you doit.

Sounds like a plan. Just get some wide clamps to hold the glass in place while the silicone cures.

Look into the total cost. Others that have done this said that there isn't much savings in building a glass tank from scratch.
