Has anyones data ever died from self starvation?

I bought a 9" NTT. It hasent eaten since i got it. I know these guys are nitorius for not eating in the beggining but....its been 5 weeks since ive had him.

Do i run the risk of him dieing because he refuses to eat?

Tried live bllod worms, nightcrawlers, market prawn, scalops, chrickets, squid. Noting works.

I know this question is brought up all the time...but im getting desprate. Help!

Please post pictures of fish please?
If its not got sunken belly then should be fine, it's a good size.
I be had tigers in past go 7-8 weeks before eating anything.
Those fish were between 4-8 inch size.
I would stick to feeding chopped prawn mixed with pellets, then marinate with bloodworm in fridge overnight. Also tigers love lance fish and whitebait too.
Keep feeding the same mix every day.
Does the fish look interested and go near the food when you feed, or does it ignore completely?

What is yor set up, tank size, filtration , tank mates an water parameter ?
