I came home tonight and couldn't believe my eyes...My 4-5 in RTCxTSN (Roofio) had my 6-7 in Arowana (Casper) halfway in its mouth with the help of my 2 in RTC (Bullwinkle) who thought it would be ok to chew in the tail of Casper while Roofio digested its head. I spent $50 on Casper from a LFS and only had him for about 2 weeks...that's one expensive snack if you ask me. So needless to say I was to late and Casper didn't make it.

They don't have an emoticon to describe how I feel but just know I was pissed.

Can anyone else share my pain?

The first rule of rtc's,,, if it fits in the mouth ,,eat it. Sorry for the loss.

i lost a ray to my 11 rtc!

So far my RTCxTSN has eaten an Oscar. I was sad. Nothing goes in the tank with it unless it's truly too big to eat, unless of course I want to get rid of a fish...

My fish have probably eaten 200$ worth of other fish lol meanining their tank mates. I know this wont be the last.

It just surprises me that the fish will get along for months and then one day you find them in another fishes mouth.

Lesson i learnt the hard way and this applies for all fish lol If it will fit in its mouth it will eat it.

they even try to swallow those fish that we think won't fit in it's mouth. :D

I think these pics came from a thread around here.
