Lost two CL's yesterday due to fighting?
I've had a group of 4 w/a group of 5 Yo-Yo's swimming, eating and acting normal for months now. Starting Mon. night, 2 of them have been really aggro. towards each other. Last night, the two were non-stop fighting to the point of them not even eating. I killed the lights early and went to bed. I awoke this morning to one dead on the overflow. After a little searching I found the other one dead too. I guess I should have seperated them, but I thought it was just a dom. battle.

I've never seen this case before. I have 8 clowns and usually their skirmishes take about 30-45 minutes to stop with only slight graze marks. This is very unusual. How big are they?

3" ish.

Hmmm...I think their skirmish must have gone to a boiling point that they become very exhausted. There is always an exception in every rule. Should have separated them indeed.:(

I really recommend having a dozen or more for best results. Mine don't have these territorial fights. I haven't found one dead in the tank for quite some time for any reason.

Next shoal will be bigger in a bigger tank, not enough space right now.
