I just wrap them in damp tissue papers and place them in a container which is left to float near the aquarium light. They typically hatch after 3 weeks but give them five weeks. By the second or third week (depending on temperature and humidity), they should already turn almost whitish blue. They hatch faster in high humidity and temp but don't allow the eggs too wet. My fastest hatch record was 18 days if I recall it right.
You need to make sure you have plenty of space. Each egg clutch yields 200-500 snailettes. I am not sure how you will accommodate thousands of them but don't expect a 100% survival rate.
