What can I put in with my Hatian cichlid in a 150g tank? I have 5 of them from 4" to 9" none of them paired off and don't think they would, so I want to get ride of 4 of them and put a jardin or aro. any advise would help.

Nandopsis haitiensus do not mix with anything else in most cases, if they can't kill whatever they are housed with, the stress tends to make them bloat and die.
Mine attempted to spawn at about 4" without success, (I believe the temp was too low) it wasn't until the male was maybe 10" before they got serious.
At that point I had raised temps into the mid to upper 80s'F and was doing every other day large (50%) water changes (sometimes every day) to help bring them into spawning condition.
