You could put in 3 africans, that would be nice. Or a big community tank, with some black skirt tetras, cories, and something else.

Do you even know the temperate of africans cichlids?

You can have it as a sump as said earlier, or make it a mbuna set-up, with a collection of africans that dont get past 5" or so. Or in turn turn in into a quarinteene tank or a breeder.
