I do and have had great results. The stuff is so versatile. I've used it in my pre filter drip tray, as a sheet over my bio balls and wrapped my foam water polishing block in it. Works best in my pre filter though. I use the sheet kind from walmart.

yeah i use it. its pretty good. buy it online from big al's. its like 7 or 8 bucks for 20 square feet.

I use it in my wet/dry & in my canister filters. I even use it in a hob filter for my fry tank. Never had any problems.

"Polyester Fiber", and yes, that's the one I use. It's the same exact thing.
