I week and a half ago I began dosing my 55 with erythomycin to battle BGA. I just intended to use it to hamper the BGAs growth til the Wisteria cuttings in the tank took hold. Now my plants have took off. Bright green, compact and bushy BGA has lost the war lol.
Thing is all the non-ganoid scaled fish have white spots similar to big ich and I was wondering if the erythomycin (dissolving maracyn 1 power) had stuck to my fish or if this was ich. It's been over a decade since I have had a fish with ich so I'm not quite sure. Water temp stays at 78ish degrees, and the tank had 2 aquatech 30-60s on it. No appetite loss.
