thanks neo,my girlfriend has been off the cigs for 3 weeks now after 10 years and it seems real this time.i smoked them since we met after being a regular cigar conisuire but i also quit the cigs with her,it sucks but its life and i want to be able to surf and such when im old like my uncle and some older freinds,as much into nature i am i cant believe i kept justifying it all the time,you realy do have to get active again and involved in something to help it go better.If any non smokers out their dont get this then im sorry but it is very,very hard to stop,i never imagined.

I smoked for 5 years and one day is all it took for me to quit. The hardest part is getting over how hard everyone says it is to quit.

I felt like ass for a week, then I was fine. I still have an occasional cigar, and maybe a cigarette if I'm with buddies drinking. It's a lot more mental than it is physical.
