Have lots of eels, but this guys is throwing me off....ID Help Please?

Even it's behavior though seems very different from my other tire tracks. It also has this very boltish/skitzy behavior that hasn't settled down at all. Every other eel I own (20ish of multiple types) all settle to some extent. This one on the other hand like, I have to be careful he doesn't knock himself out in a bolt.
 
At this point I am just keeping an eye on his growth rate and age vs my others to get a feel for that as well. He is certainly growing at a faster rate then any of my others currently.
