Obvious points/facts/considerations concerning the consumption of any aquarium raised fish aside:

Has anyone eaten stingray?

Please do not bother making any "it tastes like chicken" comments.

I was just thinking that the other day when I saw the pictures of people holding large ones on a river bank. I would imagine it would be like catfish.
 
Have you eaten Skate before? Or had poor man's scallops? If so then you are eating nearly the same thing I believe.
 
I've never heard of any one eating there pet rays but i've seen plenty of posts and pics of people eating there cichlids and large catfish one guy on here ate his tin foil barbs

I've eaten sting ray its pretty tastey i've never eaten freshwater sting ray though

Also they taste much better then Chicken
