last week was waiting for 2+ hours... then i hung up

tonight i decided to try again.... 3+ hours now....

the pulse??????? i usually go to to the companies office. don't dig the phone thing. then they can talk to you the way they want to. but when conftonted they usually give you your way with things . nothing like intimidation. oh yea

oh yea the worst part is when you get transfered then end up at some trainee.

telus mobile takes 2 hrs to get thru the enter 1 for this # for that just to talk to a human
i think everthing is going crazy these days
