I got home today and my PBass had 3 spots on him like he had been fighting. Is this something I should worry about or will it heal on its own? I have noticed him turning on the top like they would a topwater bait. Could he just be hitting the glass top?

Thats definatly damage... The way Pbass feed it's usually a good idea to lower the water level in thier tanks a bit and add a few floating plants....live or plastic.... to help keep this from happening.
 
definitly he is banged up.... but it happens cuz they are very agro eaters..
as far as the wound it will heal on its own!!!
 
bro thats nothing at all.. just a tiny scrape from some rough playing which they do alot... you should see what my guys do, it makes my mouth drop... how many peas' do you have? just wait till they get a bit bigger hahah they are very rough fish
 
I have 2 pbass. They are around 6 and 7 inches. They are fun to watch and I am sure it just gets better as they grow.
 
ohh yeaaa! do they have black mohawks yet? im not sure if ocellaris get black mohawks
 
i think he was jumping i made the top of my tank 50cm so they have a little jumping space but still i hear them banging on the lit at night
