Have you guy's heard of "AquaClay"??

Reusable, natural, German and quite cheap I wanted to share this product with you and ask if any of you have had any experience with it befor??
I bought 50kg worth for $220 belivered and hope I will never have to buy biological filter media again.
It was 10kg for $90 so I though "F#$% it" and bought 50kg for $220. It looks similar to an Eheim bio product.
I am using it it my new 260g set up and will roll it out in all my other canisters ASAP.
On my new 260g I am going to run a sump and an FX5 packed with Aquaclay that will hopefully turn into a biological power house.
What are your thoughts........I will post pics of the finished, stocked tank soon.

I could not tell if it was "Canna Clay" or not...Regarless it is porus and will not rot.....I hear it is good for an aquatic plant substrate as well.....Should be good to go, I would use it!! D

I have filled it but I am cycling it and waiting for the bog wood pieces to sink and stop leaching.
I will post pic but the water is has a brown tinge and there are no fish as yet.

Looks similar to expanded clay that is sold in Hydroponic shops.
