I THINK THEY CALLED IT A deboise??

ITS BLACK WITH A WHITE VERTICLE STRIPE NEAR THE GILL. SHAPED SIMULAR TO A JD?
 
Possibly Tropheus duboisi? A tanganyikan vegetarian. Very cool fish, and very possible to keep successfully, but do lots of research and keep it in a species tank until you have lots of experience with them.

What is hard about them to keep? that is definitely them. A Chinese guy who owns a nail salon has some he is selling for 25 each for small and 35 each for adults. I have never seen them before are they rare?
 
they're not too rare but they are priced similar to fronts..one thing to watch out for though is that duboisi's are prone to bloat..other than that they are a very nice species of fish..
