Having a hard time making a decision!

I think that irwini are better as they stay smaller but nigers look better and are more active but get bigger.
150gl 5x2x2 (for now). Mates are 4.25" indo dat, 2 vatf, 1 spot gar
Trying to trade for a bigger tank, but if I get nothing then by next yr I should have my big tank (12'X5'X4' 1800gl built in my wall

By the way, I bought an Irwini last week and dont know if I want to keep it or trade it for the Niger. Both types are at ALL HAPPY AQUARIUM, maybe 5pcs of Irwini and dont know how many of the Niger (but are in stock, 4" or so).

I would worry more about your indo dat considering they are VERY slow growers and you have some monsters in their that will outgrow it fast then have a very expensive feeder.
That is a tough choice. Both cats have a great temperament. My O. Niger is a little more outgoing that my M. Uranoscopus (irwini). On the flip side the pattern on my M. Uranoscopus is outstanding. Good luck you cannot go wrong with either one.
