Okay I've just had my second tiger shovelnose cat pass away. Are they super finicky catfish or what. Both of them lasted me about 3 days....done eat of nothing.....EVERYTHING else in my tank is doing great. But for some reason this is a real hard fish for me. It sucks because they are so friggin coool.

Good luck if you try them again! Only problem i've had with my TSN is falling rocks

Just wondering, what is the grow rate on these guys?
I knows its FAST but just how fast?
I want to grow out a Tsn/RTC/RTCxTSN someday.
Was planning to grow it out in a 42x18x22" I'm assuming it would be able to stay in there until 10''?
How long could one live in a 4x2x2?
I really like these cats, but space is an issue; but I can always growout and sell.

Frankly, I doubt an airstone is your problem. A decent filter will aerate your tank for you. IMO, under feeding, water quality or agression are my guesses.
