having trouble

also 2 of my pbass are very skiddish everytime i walk by the tank they get scared but my other 2 dont, and whats funny is because ive had the other 2 that are scared for about 3 months now, i alwasy leave my tank light on, what can i do so they can stop being so scared and skiddish it bugs me .
Do you have any tankmates with them, when my pbass were small they had the same problem and i overcame this by throwing in a "teacher" fish, the bass would watch the "teacher" fish take the pellets and they soon came around and were a lot less skiddish.. i used an oscar. Try that that may help..
