i have hay fever really bad. does anyone else get this? its allergies in the fall... i'm getting it early it seems, what do you guys use to get rid of symptoms? benadtryl doesn't work for me...

I was raised in Bavaria around tons of farms and I had terrible allergies to pollen and some others as well. My eyes swelling shut and stinging, breathing troubles and a runny nose were common in the summer time for me.
Now I don't have any problems with the above symptoms, possibly because I have a dog or I've grown out of it. Benadryl hasn't helped me in the past because i was usually dead asleep on the couch. There are studies showing that being around dogs helps with allergies so maybe give that a try.

I get it every year, and every year I have to get shots from my doc.

but if it gets really bad like i cantbreathe then i just take a piriton and go to bed
reduce ur outdoor activities during early hours...if ur case is severe take anti histamines [ur doctor would have suggested this to u by now anyways]
and if u get turmeric powder back there then use it....powder it in some juice and drink it...
