I was recommended it from a friend and I was wondering if anyone's used it, do you like it? I heard they had a recall in 07, but besides that, just want to know some opinions on quality and all that fun stuff.

Thanks!

Ive been using this one for the past two weeks, the Attack! label really catches your eye inside the fish store. it might just be my imagination but i see a brighter yellow on my leleupi one week after using this product. The only downside for me is that it sinks really fast, ive been use to the ones that gradually sinks for everyone to eat.

What kind of Africans? If I remember right, this food contains too much fat, protein to be a staple for Mbuna.

Yeah it is mbuna, what foods have you guys had good experience with. Right now I've been feeding then xtreme cichlid diet, squash, romaine, and omega1 blood worms as treats.

i use this in combination with NLS. I don't recall the exact breakdown of fats, proteins and what not but it is similar to NLS and dainichi. I feed to both Hap/peacocks and mbuna without problem. one disclaimer is i do use the NLS on most days, HBH attack once maybe twice a week.

for a staple diet I use spirulina flake for mbuna as they should have alot of vegetable matter in their diet. I do also feed the HBH pellets. I dont seem to have any problems with them. They do sink quickly but my fish will clean them up in 5 mins or so.

Only thiong I don't like about HBH Attack is that thye don't make a larger flake and my haps are 8 inches plus. Great food to use with NLS.

My fish refused to eat it,I threw it away.
I use mainly nls and kens tropheus lovers flake.
