When I was feeding my rtc x tsn some large krill he ate one off the bottom and swallowed a little pebble along with it. Is this a major problem because im not sure what to do.:help2:

i think it wont be a problem if its able to spit it back out. fingers crossed!

I used to have a TSN. About a week after I got it, a blue aquarium rock mysteriously appeared in my tank. It's the only time I've ever had colored aquarium rock in any of my tanks.

I bet he'll be ok.

How big is the catfish and big was the rock? Big catfish small rock less of an issue. Small catfish large rock big problem.

i wouldn't worry about it to much i have a tsn and one of the feeding he ate as many rocks if not more rocks then food two days later there were no more rocks in it belly i think thay regerg them once thay realize what thay did.

Yeah the rock was pretty small. I doubt it will have a major impact to the fish. If you notice the fish becoming bloated then you will it has an issue.

i have a TSN and i have gravel in the tank... ( i know not good for them... i'm taking it every water change going to tile it once it's all out) but anyways... he always takes rocks on every feeding... he has learned to take food then spit the rocks out... had him in there for almost 9 months now with no problem... he will be fine... like everyone else says he will just spit it out after a while...
