As promised, he replaced the dead Poly Teugelsi in his earlier shipment to us in our new order. I can't think of a better seller who will replace after more than 4 months after the bichirs died.

There were delays in his delivery of bichirs order as he was on a overseas trip and several flight cancellations by flight company. However the fish was delivered in the end as promised. 95% of the bichirs survive the flight even when the Customs did not clear the when it arrive on a Sunday night.

Will definately order from him again if we manage to open up market here. :)

They flew across the country and had an issue at customs. 2 dead(if they were) of many isn't bad at all.
Those look alive btw, just heavily sedated. I've received a lot of fish like that and they pop back to life a few hours later. :)

They are dead, not heavily sedated, but seem still fresh as maybe just died before we receive the shipment. At first I thought they might be alive and try to revive them but they never never pop back to live. It is consider good enough that 2 died considered the time they spend in the boxes.

Toyin is good at packing the fishes, as my importer praised his packing skill when he see most of them still alive after so long at Customs. We had received other badly packed fishes, from other exporters, that are died when we unpack, but not from toyin so far, except the previous shipment where the bag leaked in the course of freight.

I had received my replacements and the rest of the bichirs will be posted on sale by the importer at his premises. We are seeing the response here as it is the first time these bichirs are shipped for sale here.

Hi

Can share the location of the importers? I can go take a look if there are nice bichirs!
