Well i now have permission to turn my mom and dads 5x2x2 tank over for malawi cichlids im getting mine from Fosh INC where i work im going for the drab peaceful aulunacara which get colour with size and age, and also a few frontosa, as ill soon have an empty tank. so today i went to the shop and he did me a great deal, i got 18kilo of rock big and small pieces about 12, and loads of coral gravel, and some extras i should be getting some fish next weekend the tank is all mature, i just need to get my fish out of my 6ft into the pond then the fish from the 55ft into the 6ft then i will redo the 5ft with the new rocks and gravel. If that makes sense LOL.

bruce, i think your parents are a little too cool LOL

why did you choose coral for gravel? are you going to run a UGF? if not go with sand as the coral wont buffer the water unless water can pass through it so it leeches into the water...coral is much better suited to place in your filter where there is constant flow through it to buffer your ph

sounds really cool! i keep sand in my mbuna tank and love to watch them play in it and move it around.

That is sooo great Bruce.. looking forward to seeing it done..you cannot be missing anything in your collection now:nilly:
