Head down tal up behavour - bad??

the Uaru ı had before used to do thıs, and my two new parrots do aswell
they swım just fıne but when they are statıonary they have a habbıt of leanıng theır heads down and taıls up, ıs thıs unhealthy? or ıs ıt just a regular behavıour? ı thınk my severum used to do ıt too. just makıng sure ıts nothıng to worry about.

sounds like sleeping to me. my uaru used to sit nose down tail up, at about a 45 degree angle.
