hey guys just tin the last couple days i have seen what i think is the hump starting to form on my pbass do you think thats what it is?

Could be? I know that females will sometimes lay down a pad of fat in that area, and it will sometimes look like that picture. If it turns out to be male, it'll come and go for a few weeks before really ticking over into a full blown nuchal hump. It doesn't look abnormal, so worst case scenario is that your fish is eating well.
