So we moved my plywood tank the other day and my green texas decided he didn't want to get caught. i didn't think he got injured but as soon as we got him back in the tank i noticed a pinkish lesion on his head.. like he split his skull runing into a rock or something. I figured it would heal with time but it doesn't seem to be and he's not eating with the others. so, i am posting this pic and hoping you can give me an idea whats wrong.. be it simply a nasty hit to the head or something worse.

The picture is a little far away to tell for sure, but the placement looks like a blow to the head. Should clear up in a couple days if that's all it is.

I'm hoping so.. my dslr lens is just the base one tht comes with the camera.. I really need to pic up a few new lens'.. would a blow to the head like that cause feeding issues?

The stress alone could cause feeding issues. Sometimes when I catch my fish, it takes them a few days to start eating again.
