Guys. 15 years in the aquarium hobby and the only time I've seen 10"+ loaches are when hobbyists have raised them for years and years on their own.
You won't find them in large numbers ready for sale.
You'd be lucky to find a group of them that a hobbyist is willing to part with.
In general, people with large clown loaches become very attached to them. They take years to grow to that size and develope very animated personality's.
Just my two cents.
But, she wouldn't be cheap and would have to go to a good home.
