Heat Packs: Make sure they work first!

I just sent a order and when they got there all fish were DOA. The water was at 37* and 72 heat pack was ice cold. From now on I will check and make sure the heat packs have started producing heat. I have never heard of heat packs failing, has anyone had this happen? If its to cold do they just not work?

Ah man that sucks, i hope the buyer wasint mad. idk i never sold anything. i guess you could get the occasonal lemon pack. did you refund/resend the buyer?

Making sure your heater works befor you plug it in and make sure you buy a good bard
